PACKAGING DESIGNDELISH is a chocolate brand built around the idea that every bar has a mood. I developed seven distinct characters and color pairings, extending their personalities across packaging, photography, campaigns, and digital experiences.THE CHALLENGE Each flavor needed its own identity while remaining part of one recognizable family. A shared wordmark and packaging layout bring consistency, while different expressions, gestures, and silhouettes give each character a personality of its own. PACKAGING Oversized faces and deep backgrounds make each flavor recognizable at a glance. Consistent typography and side panels hold the range together, while matching colored foil carries the palette through to the unwrapping.
DISPLAY The retail displays bring all seven flavors together, using color and mood labels to make the range easy to explore. Matching trays and countertop signage extend the packaging’s personality into the store, inviting shoppers to find their mood.CAMPAIGN The campaign pairs illustrated characters with people expressing a similar mood. Short headlines connect each flavor’s personality to everyday moments, bringing the same visual language to subway screens, street displays, and social media. INSTAGRAM For Instagram, I paired character illustrations with product shots and candid photography, giving each flavor room to show its personality. Animated feed posts and Stories carry those moods into motion, while shared colors and typography keep the content connected. DIGITAL EXPERIENCE The website brings the characters into motion and invites visitors to explore the range by mood. Across desktop, bold typography and changing compositions keep the identity expressive and recognizable.REFLECTION The strongest part of DELISH is the difference between its characters. Keeping their individual expressions and gestures gave the brand room to grow, while a consistent approach to color, typography, and packaging kept the seven flavors connected.
